Ordering & Payment
Bucket Gift Co. creates each bucket by hand using premium items sourced specifically for your order.
To ensure accuracy, quality, and availability, the following policies apply.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of order for:
all custom or logo-branded items
individual retail purchases
non-custom orders under $500
For larger business or bulk orders exceeding $500:
a 50% deposit is required to begin production
the remaining balance is due prior to delivery or pickup
Payment terms may be extended to established repeat business clients at our discretion.
How Payment Works
Select your bucket style and delivery option.
Submit payment through either our website or via invoice for bulk orders.
Once payment is completed, we begin assembling your bucket and will contact you to confirm order details and timing.
Delivery & Pickup
We will deliver Bulk Orders at no charge to Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, and Beaufort.
Pickup
Free porch pickup or local meet up in Atlantic Beach is available for individual orders.
The address will be provided once your order is ready.
Delivery Timing
Delivery dates are best-effort estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
If timing is critical for a closing, event, or celebration, please confirm availability before placing your order.
Returns, Exchanges & Order Changes
Because each bucket is custom curated to order:
All sales are final once the bucket is picked up or delivered.
Customers receiving local delivery or pickup are encouraged to inspect the bucket at handoff.
Once accepted, Bucket Gift Co. is not responsible for damage or issues that occur afterward.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase provided that:
customization has not begun, and
inventory has not been ordered or prepared.
After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a restocking or processing fee.
Custom & Logo-Branded Orders
All custom or logo-printed items are final sale.
Once artwork is approved and production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Damaged Items
Returns, Exchanges & After-Sale Responsibility
Because each bucket is custom curated to order, all sales are considered final once the bucket has been picked up or delivered.
Customers receiving local delivery or pickup are encouraged to inspect the bucket at the time of handoff.
By accepting the bucket, the customer confirms the order has been received in satisfactory condition.
After acceptance, Bucket Gift Co. is not responsible for:
damage occurring after pickup or delivery
improper handling, storage, or use of items
manufacturer defects covered under separate brand warranties
loss, theft, or environmental exposure after delivery
Any manufacturer warranty included with individual products remains the sole responsibility of the product manufacturer, not Bucket Gift Co.
If visible damage is present at the time of delivery, it must be reported immediately so it can be reviewed before the order is accepted.
Product Warranty Information
Some items (such as electronics, drinkware, or accessories) may include manufacturer warranties.
These warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not Bucket Gift Co.
Any applicable warranty details will be included inside the bottom of your bucket.
Holiday & Special Drop Ordering Terms
Holiday buckets and limited releases are offered in very small quantities to maintain quality and sourcing standards.
Order Window
Orders are accepted while supplies last or until our production schedule is full.
Payment Requirement
Your order is not reserved until payment is received.
Due to seasonal demand, unpaid inquiries cannot hold inventory or production space.
Item Availability & Substitutions
Many seasonal goods are sourced in small batches.
When necessary, we may substitute comparable or higher-quality premium items to maintain the overall theme and value of the bucket.
No Rush Holiday Orders
Same-day or last-minute holiday rush orders are not available at this time.
